  • How do I access your day service?

    We recommend joining us for a few taster sessions to get a feel for how our day service works. These are free and we are happy to book a session at a time that suits you.


    Once you’ve decided that Sweet Surprise is the right day service for you, we can discuss how to sign up with us. Many of our people fund their time here through the direct payments scheme.  If you’d like some support with this we’re happy to provide you with information on how to access this funding. 


  • Which days can I book sessions for?

    Some of the people that join us come for one session a week, while others come for 5 days a week. We’re always happy to find a solution that works for you and the person you care for.  As life can be unexpected, we’re also happy to make changes to days and sessions when you need to. 


  • Are there any age restrictions?

    At Sweet Surprise we specialise in working with adults aged 18+. There’s no upper age limit here, and we welcome a mix of people of all ages. 

  • Do you offer transport?

    We can provide transport to and from most surrounding  areas daily.
